Assured Supplements Limited use several options to deliver ordered products to our customers.
We aim to keep postage and package costs to a minimum.
Where possible we utilise Royal Mail for smaller lighter packages and Courier services for larger heavier packages.
Free Greater Belfast Delivery:
We offer Free Same Day Delivery to the Greater Belfast area on orders made before 14:00pm Monday to Friday and 13:00pm Saturday and Sunday. The following BT Postcodes only are eligible:

We can deliver to your home address, workplace, place of education or Sports facility.
Free Delivery on Orders over £99.00.
We offer Free Delivery to addresses in Northern Ireland and UK Mainland on orders £99.00 and over. We aim to dispatch same day with a 1 to 3 working day delivery. This service will be signed for.
Delivery to rest of Northern Ireland:
We offer delivery across Northern Ireland, outside our free delivery within the Greater Belfast area.£3.95.
UK Delivery:
For Delivery to UK Mainland we will use a recorded Signed for service which we aim to deliver within 2 to 4 days. £4.00.
Republic of Ireland:
For Delivery to Republic of Ireland please email us to discuss options.
Refunds Policy:
As we at Assured Supplements Limited want you to be happy with the product you have purchased from us, we will try to guarantee your full satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange policy (minus any postage costs).
In the event a product is not to your satisfaction, please contact us via email or by phone to discuss and arrange a refund or exchange.
You may have a refund or exchange provided that the product has not been used, opened and manufacturers package is still sealed. Supplements and related products are classed as food products and therefore cannot be repackaged, resold or reused again.
If a product has been opened and you are unhappy with the flavour or is not to the customers taste preference, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund or exchange. This must be taken into consideration before placing your order.
We usually refund payments received from you back into the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase.
We will try to process a refund or exchange as quickly as possible following receiving your returned item.
The Customer (You) will be responsible for any returning postage costs and to ensure the item is safety returned to us at Assured Supplement Limited.
We encourage tracked / Signed for service to be selected for products or items being returned.
We double check everything being packed and posted. If the product you have ordered is not in your package or you have received the wrong item through an error made by Assured Supplements Limited please contact us and allow us to correct.
On the rare occasions packages can become damaged during handling and transit. We at Assured Supplements Limited endeavor to ensure you package is delivered to you safely with your order totally intact within. If for any reason your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.
